Meet receptionist Katherine Giaccone Katherine is a native of Zachary and a 2007 graduate of Zachary High. She is a senior at Southeastern Louisiana University where she is majoring in Early Childhood Education. In her spare time, Katherine enjoys spending time with family and friends (including her niece), fishing, riding 4 wheelers, shopping and attending LSU sporting events. Katherine has been employed with The Animal Center since 2007
